Delete your account and data

In the current Lunessa app, use Settings → Delete my data. This removes device data and associated AI/RevenueCat customer records. An internet connection is required. The form below is only for legacy cloud accounts and website support records.

Local note: Calendar → Note of the Day → Edit → clear the text → Save

Notes and paintings are stored only on your device; this form cannot read or erase device content. If you have a cloud account from an earlier version, request deletion with the email used for that account. After verifying ownership, we can process deletion of the legacy cloud account and records. Removing the app backup feature does not automatically erase older server records.

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Send a request about purchases, using the app or your data. Enter your own email address for a response. Do not include health information, journal entries, passwords or payment card details.
